FEE STRUCTURE

HOURLY

Clients may choose to be billed hourly for witness consulting services. Confidential rates will be provided and included as part of a written proposal.

FIXED-FEE

Upon reaching agreement as to the scope of work for the project, we will be pleased to accommodate the client who prefers to be billed on a fixed-fee basis. Changes to the original scope of work may result in additional fees.

TRAVEL EXPENSES

In most cases, local travel expenses (within New York City) will not be billed to the project. Travel expenses outside of New York (e.g., lodging, meals, and transportation) will be billed to the project.
